How does it all work?
On the surface, SongSmart looks like a great program that really makes your life easier. But there's so much more youcan do if your Church invests in SongSmart, which will become obvious as we describe how it all works...
Step 1 - Choose some songs
When you purchase, Enhance Worship creates an account for you which lets you login at a web page. Usually the worship pastor does this, but anyone who has the login details can. Once you're logged in, you will see the list of songs (with chord charts) available to you (hundreds of Vineyard songs!!) You also have the option of adding your own - have a read in the manual for more info on that. All you do as worship pastor is select the songs you regularly sing at your church, and that's it.
Step 2 - The worship team install SongSmart.
Next up, your worship team each install SongSmart on their own PCs or Macs. (This is why we always recommend the site license - it works so much better when everyone in your team has access to SongSmart). Now they click a button, and SongSmart downloads the songs you chose in step 1 and installs those into SongSmart, instantly giving EVERY worship team member access to all the chord charts they need. (Note - you don't need to be connected to the internet to use SongSmart - only to download new songs.)
Step 3 - Add songs as you need them
As time goes on you will introduce new songs. All you have to do is add them on the web page (like you did in step 1) and then the songs you add will be sent to your worship team members as they 'sync' up. Its as simple as that!
Summary
1. You choose which songs to make available to your worship team
2. Your worship team automatically get those songs, and all the updates too
3. You project the lyrics for the same songs at Sunday Services...
