Alternatively, more and more people are siging up at the SongSmart web forum, which is an online community of SongSmart users who regularly post their thoughts about SongSmart, and you can post any SongSmart-related question there. Why doesn't my serial number work anymore?!?!?
We have recently upgraded our licensing methods to make it more secure, and to allow the Windows version and the Mac version to use the same serial number. Of course, if you have already purchased SongSmart and you only have the old serial number, we will happily send you a new serial number if we haven't already done so. Just email us and let us know.
